WOW 2017! You’ve been good to me. It’s been a CRAZY amazing year and looking back at the opportunities to create new expressions with my craft, to work with amazing contractors, educators and artists in the metro and regional areas of Australia, to teach as an Art specialist and just to do what I love most – to paint – has been incredible. I love what I do and I am continually blessed by the support, engagement and joy that clients and the general public have shown in response to my work. As a creative, that is the greatest reward of all.
2018 is shaping up to be a big year as I continue contracts as an Artist in Residency at Karrinyup Shopping Centre in Perth, WA, Artist in Residency at Bold Park Community School in Perth, WA, TOMS Australia custom commissions and live art gigs with Tania Willert @W Agencies, HYDROCRYL sponsorship and many more surprise contracts to be announced! A HUGE thank you to these contractors and creatives for their ongoing support as well as my local church, VLC and the amazing community that I get to work with each week and of course the best fambam and friends a gal could have.
So here are my Top 20 projects. Enjoy 🙂

5. Diamond Mural
My favourite mural for 2017 was my TM Diamond mural and the subject was left entirely up to my Artist discretion. As a creative, it’s essential to allow yourself this luxury occasionally, because when art is your profession and you are continually creating for others, projects like this help you regain your mojo.
“A precious stone or gem created from crystallised carbon, excelling in brilliancy and beautiful display of prismatic colours and remarkable for extreme hardness.”
The diamond speaks of so many things, romance, love, restoration, purity, wholeness, completion, value, devotion and much much more. What does it mean to you?
